On MasterIn, tickets are required to book any of our services. The specified amount of tickets needed for a service will be stated in the booking procedure.
Each ticket costs around US$ 30. You may choose to purchase in currency options other than USD. Discounts are available if you purchase over 10 tickets at once.

Will tickets expire?
Yes, MasterIn's tickets do expire. The expiry date depends on the ticket package you've purchased.
1 ticket package expires after 90 days
5 tickets package expires after 90 days
10 tickets package expires after 90 days
20 tickets package expires after 180 days
50 tickets package expires after 360 days
The expiry date is specified on your ticket. Please go to "My tickets" for more information.

How can I review my purchase details?
To review the details of your purchase, you can try the following methods:
Go to "My tickets". Any changes made to your tickets will show up here.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you've successfully purchased tickets on MasterIn. You can review your purchase details in this email.
If you're unable to see your purchase details, please contact us directly.
How can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, refunding tickets is not available. If you have any questions, please contact us.
